Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Returns are only accepted with prior authorization. To obtain authorization, please contact us via phone, email, or by filling out the contact form on our website and awaiting confirmation.
- We are not responsible for items ordered incorrectly, so please ensure that all order details are accurate before purchasing.
Return Process:
- You must inform us in writing within two days of receiving your order and obtain a return reference number.
- Specially ordered products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
- To complete your return, proof of purchase (such as a receipt) is required.
- Return shipments must be pre-paid and insured by the buyer, as we do not accept COD deliveries and are not liable for any damage or loss during return shipping.
- We do not refund shipping costs for returns or exchanges. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees related to returning or exchanging items.
Inspection and Refund:
- Returned items are subject to inspection and approval before a refund or exchange is issued.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
